Embarking on the journey to transform your outdoor space requires more than just construction; it demands a meticulous process that understands and nurtures your vision. Step 1: Garden Assessment – In-Person Design Consultation & Site Survey

Our process begins with a personalized touch. Unlike companies that rush through initial meetings, we dedicate time to thoroughly understand your needs. The Garden Assessment involves an on-site survey that considers logistics, potential obstacles, existing features, drainage, soil conditions, and more. This crucial step sets the groundwork for a successful and well-informed project.

In-depth planning is essential, covering:

  • Logistics: Assessing access to the garden and planning for deliveries and equipment.

  • Obstacles: Identifying potential problems throughout the landscape construction process.

  • Vegetation and Surfaces: Detailing existing features and conditions within the garden.

  • Reuse Planning: Determining what existing elements can be kept and reused.

  • Drainage Inspection: Ensuring proper drainage to maintain the health of your garden.

  • Soil Testing: Analyzing soil conditions to inform planting and construction.

  • Boundary Conditions: Defining the limits of your property for accurate planning.

  • Exterior Conditions: Examining the external conditions of your property.

  • Site Logistics: Planning for the movement of materials and equipment.

  • Information Gathering: Collecting data to accurately cost the project.

  • Safety Measures: Scanning the area for health and safety plans

This comprehensive assessment guarantees that we are well-informed and prepared to deliver a garden that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Step 2: Concept Stage – Crafting Your Vision

After the Garden Assessment, our team delves into the research and design process. We create a 2D layout plan and a Mood Board to visualize the potential of your space. We present these concepts in a one-on-one meeting, ensuring your satisfaction and discussing the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.

Our commitment to efficiency sets us apart – we only work with clients who commit to a design plan from us. This approach allows us to maximize our time on projects, delivering world-class customer service. The expertise we hold in Landscape Construction In-House ensures that the design is not just aesthetically pleasing but also feasible and effective. At this stage, we also provide you with the level of investment needed, setting transparent expectations for the entire process.

Step 3: Design Reveal & Finalizing Plans

Prepare to be amazed as we unveil the 3D design of your dream garden. Whether in our design studio or your home, we'll showcase the beauty of your garden, discuss planting plans, and provide an accurate cost plan and a detailed project timeline. This stage is crucial in setting expectations and confirming payment terms.

With a focus on detail and preparation, we ensure that every finer aspect of your project is considered. You'll have the opportunity to discover the beauty of your garden both day and night, examine planting plans, view the garden from different angles, explore different versions, and go over every detail. Our commitment to excellence extends to communication, appearance, work quality, aftercare, relationships, warranties, materials, and much more.

Step 4: Book In Stage – Ready for Construction

Before the landscape construction begins, we hand over the final plans. Your Project Manager ensures milestones are understood, and the site is ready. This stage marks the exciting transition from plans to reality.

The Installation – Bringing Your Garden to Life

Our dedicated in-house teams, led by a Project Manager, follow a systematic process. We provide weekly updates, address concerns during scheduled client updates, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communication with neighbours minimizes disturbances, and upon completion, we conduct a walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction.

Our teams work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4/5 pm. On Mondays, the team arrives slightly later due to our weekly team meetings, fostering collaboration and coordination. If access to the garden is through the house, we take measures to protect areas like driveways with boards and protective membranes.

Once your project is completed, our Project Manager will carry out a walkthrough with you and sign off the completed works, ensuring that you are fully satisfied with every aspect of the project. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to report any issues or snags before your warranty begins.

Testimonial: Satisfied Clients Speak Louder Than Words

"Nothing but praise for Ronald and the team. I needed a major garden redesign, which involved a significant height reduction, retaining walls, drainage, pergola, planting, and outside living (kitchen and island). I had been let down by tradesmen over and over again with shoddy workmanship and was skeptical when I first met Ronald. However, his professionalism and human approach were refreshing to see... If you need your garden to be completed to a high standard - use Ronald as you will get the wow factor."
